

VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 Diploma in Aromatherapy (Mandarin)
Description
The main aim of the ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Aromatherapy is to enable learners to gain the practical and theoretical skills necessary to provide aromatherapy treatments for the purposes of relaxation and stress release.
Aims and objectives
The ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Aromatherapy comprises of ITEC units:
• Unit 30-40 Anatomy and Physiology
• Unit 3 Aromatherapy
• Unit 22 Professional Conduct and Business Awareness
Entry Requirement
Course participants should at least be 16 years of age and must possess the following requirements as follows:
Complete Secondary 4 Education and obtained a pass in Chinese language for the 'N' Level
AND Singaporean or PR/Work Permit/ Long Term Visit Pass (Dependents Pass)
Graduation Requirement
Student must obtain a ‘Pass’ in the ITEC examinations with at least 75% attendance.

Classroom Duration – 230 Hours
Duration of Course
a) Full-Time – 1.5 months
b) Part-Time – 5 months

Obtain minimum grade 5 for GCE 'N' Level Chinese Language
Certificate Conferring Body
Upon completion of the course, students will be awarded the Level 3 Diploma in Aromatherapy by International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC).

*Fees can be paid in monthly installment.
Assessment Method
Assessment is conducted through a combination of practical and theoretical examinations. All assessments are set and assessed by VTCT (ITEC) in accordance with awarding body requirements.
Course Schedule
Course commencement dates are scheduled throughout the year and will be confirmed upon enrolment. Course end date will be based on the selected full-time or part-time schedule.
Industrial Attachment
This course does not include any industrial attachment component.

The average teacher-student ratio for this course is approximately 1:14, depending on class size and scheduling.
